RS-2 Remote Speaker

The RS-2 is the same as the RS-1 except that it is furnished with a twenty-five (25) foot tail of armored cable. This cable is permanently attached to the back of the unit with a high strength connector. The box is 18-gauge cold rolled steel with a high efficiency folded horn type of speaker. The speaker is extremely sturdy and waterproof (you can actually submerse the RS-2 in water and it will still work after you drain the water out). A handle is provided on top for carrying / throwing of the speaker. The guard on front assures communication can take place if the speaker should land face down. The speaker can produce up to 106 dB. of sound pressure level at 3 ft from speaker. The armored cable is equipped with connector for connection to EX-500 cable spools.
